Running-in test bench and transmission line for gasoline engine

The engine to be tested from the assembly line is transported to each test bench by the intelligent raceway line to complete:

Tightening of the trolley, docking of the exhaust pipe, docking of the engine output shaft and the test bench drive system

Automatic connection of engine cooling water in and out, fuel in and out, and oil pressure

Ignition module, connection of all electrical wiring harness of ECU and engine

Manually connect the engine throttle to the control actuator

The various tests of the engine are carried out according to the test specifications.
