Transmission and powertrain test bench
The main function:
1. Dual-mode drive of motor and engine;
2. Driving motor: 200-450kw, 1091N.m, 4500rpm, equipped with a booster box to simulate engine operation;
3. Loading motor: 250-500kw, 1000 ~ 2984N.m, 3300rpm, two-axis and four-axis loading meet: test of front drive, rear drive, four drive assembly;
4. Motor drive mode: two shafts and four shafts absorb the power of the gearbox;
5. In the engine drive mode, two-wheel drive, four-wheel drive, and horizontal and vertical powertrains can be tested;
6. Meet the reliability, durability and performance tests of the powertrain;
7. Meet the calibration matching test of powertrain or vehicle model;
8. Four-axis dynamometer installation height can be adjusted up and down, adjustment range is 150mm, four-axis dynamometer base is axially adjustable, unilateral movement 0-300mm;
9. Motor drive mode, the bench meets the minimum horizontal distance of 150mm between the input shaft and output end of the gearbox, installation requirements;
10. The system has the function of storing and calling powertrain, vehicle data, test data, and analysis function of data post-processing;
11. The system has the function of self-diagnosis of efficiency, field and operation control functions;
12. The system can be integrated with the vehicle emission analysis method CVS, combustion analyzer, TNCA system;
13. The system has manual and automatic transmission shifting devices, no less than 8 gear positions, can accurately position the transmission gear position, with automatic transmission automatic shift function;
14. With manual transmission clutch control function;
15. It has CANBUS bus communication signal and communicates with powertrain ECU, TCU and other controllers.
