The new energy vehicle energy flow test bench can analyze the distribution of energy provided by the power battery to various components, including effective power, heat loss, and mechanical friction loss, under different working conditions in the laboratory. From the perspective of system integration, it can analyze the conversion and transmission process of energy in the electric vehicle powertrain, optimize the matching of various components in the electric vehicle powertrain, improve the operating efficiency of each component, and provide guidance for the design of the powertrain and its thermal management system. The system establishes battery loss models, electronic control loss models, motor loss models, transmission loss models, and transmission shaft loss models, which can optimize and analyze the relevant parameters that affect the battery, electronic control, motor, transmission, and transmission shaft.
The system mainly consists of a large base plate, a loading motor, a torque sensor, a transmission shaft, a motor base, a frequency conversion cabinet, a control system, a data acquisition system for voltage, current, temperature, pressure, speed, torque, etc., a power analyzer, simulation software, charging piles, etc.
